Medical Transcription Rates

We charge on a per-line rate basis for our transcription service. Our rates vary based on a number of factors such as turnaround time requirements, volume, software integration needs etc. This is an all-inclusive cost and includes;

  • Dedicated transcriptionists

  • Local-based proofing and QA for highest accuracy levels

  • Cloud-based account and software

  • Mobile phone recorder application

  • Ongoing account support.

Remote Documentation Assistant Rates

We keep pricing simple. We charge based on your remote documentation teams completed hours (invoiced monthly in arrears).

Our subscription pricing model, takes the guesswork out of budgeting for your remote team.

Our fee includes;

  • The work provided by your contractor.

  • Allocated Support Manager and HR Manager.

  • Local Client Account Manager.

  • Endpoint security and monitoring.

  • Ongoing activity monitoring and performance management.

  • Daily performance reports

  • International payment processing and foreign exchange currency fluctuations.

  • Employment and tax (ie. withholding tax) liabilities and requirements.

Standard Level

$12.50 AUD (+ GST) per hour

Roles that require a professional at a standard level.

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience

  • Skilled and highly educated

  • Excellent English skills.

Advanced Level

$15.50 AUD (+ GST) per hour

Roles that require a professional at an advanced level.

  • More than 5 years’ experience

  • Healthcare Assistant certified or higher-level qualification

  • Excellent English skills.

Medical Specialist

Clinics can now add specialist roles to their remote team to help support their in-house specialists, such as Remote Doctors, Radiologists, Cardiologists, Psychologists, Endocrinologists, Dentists and Orthodontists.

One-off Establishment Fee

This one-off fee ranges from $1,950 to $2,950 (+GST) per documentation worker. This covers the cost for recruitment screening and due diligence, workstation set-up, security, software and pre-boarding requirements.  This fee delivers a large cost savings on typical recruitment charges which range between 15-25% of the new recruit’s salary in Australia and New Zealand.

There is no establishment fee for our medical transcription service.
